ABC News Radio (2008 – 2012)

I had two distinct responsibilities:

Digital platform development – primary. In this role I am in charge of building data platforms and websites that connect and distribute podcasts, live audio, video interviews, and other forms of digital content. I also manage social media accounts and do some business development.

Reporting – secondary. I use digital media to cover events and conduct interviews at the United Nations. I also report on internet technology.

The Talk Radio News Service (2007 – 2008)

Technology:
- Revised the TRNS websites through versions 2 and 3, launched and maintained Twitter and social media accounts, produced and edited newscast podcasts.

Reporting:
- Reported daily from the UN using social media and on-air to talk radio stations around the country.
- Used traditional broadcast media as well as social media to report on-location from Darfur.
- Used traditional broadcast media as well as emerging technology to report on major 2008 presidential campaign events including the New Hampshire primary, Super Tuesday, and both major conventions.
